TERRI BARHAM, Client Services Manager, joined Personnel Preference in December 2006 coming from a background in mortgage lending and banking. Barham works closely with existing clients to ensure their staffing needs are being met in a positive and profitable manner. She handles all new clients and sales prospects and assists with placement as necessary.
Barham has been involved in community service activities all of her life including 4-H and Junior Livestock Auction, Rotary Club of Weed, Weed Revitalization Committee, and the local chapter of the “Tough Enough to Wear Pink” breast cancer awareness and fundraising group.
TRACY STACHER, Office Manager and Placement Coordinator, joined Personnel Preference in January of 2015 coming from a background in banking and working in a medical office. Stacher works closely with our clients to ensure their staffing needs are being met in a positive and profitable manner. She also assists with the screening our temporary employees and placing them in employment opportunities. She also handles Workers’ Compensation claims.
Stacher has been actively involved with the Redding chapter of Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
